Comfort Inn-Commercial Blvd. Fort Lauderdale

I've booked us at the Comfort Inn & Suites on Commercial Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale for May of next year. The price I got it for is $89.99. We can cancel up until 6:00pm day of arrival. Does anyone know how this hotel is? Is it a clean hotel? Did I make a good choice? Thanks

Do they provide transportation from the airport and to the cruiseport? If not transportation costs will eat away any savings, may as well stay closer to the port.

I'm not sure but we are driving. Actually we are staying the night in Fort Lauderdale and then driving on to Miami the next morn. We leave out of Miami. We did this back in 2005 and stayed at the Hampton Inn on Commercial Blvd. Tamarac and liked the drive. Would have stayed there this time but they went up so much on their rates than last time.

 

Do you know the Comfort Inn on Commercial blvd.? Is it clean and safe?

I've never been inside, can't tell if it's clean or not. I've passed it on my way to the Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport, busy stretch of road, appears ok.
