For me, it depends on who I'm talking to. I'll say cabin to my "cabin mates" but when I'm at the Guest Relations counter I'll say stateroom. I don't know why, I think it's because the ship's people call them staterooms, but to me they're cabins. Never thought about it much before. lol

I use "cabin", "stateroom" or "room"......it simply depends on what pops into my head and then out of the mouth! I also use "attendant" or "steward" attached to any of the above, as well, and for the same reason. I am getting old....my memory isn't always consistent!!:D:D:D
