If you book another cruise while onboard, but decide to change to a different cruise itenary on the same line, such as Australia Vs now Transatlantic. Should X, transfer your onboard booking credit??? I thought they did but not getting a straight answer.

If they should then I will go after.

Help

I think they can but you have to keep the same booking number or you lose the onboard credit. In fact, you should be able to move between Celebrity and RCL.

Thanks,

Well my TA may have forgot the need to use same booking #.

May not be all his fault, we kind of move around our bookings between TA and X direct. Sometimes you have to reserve a cabin quickly if you wish to get a certain cabin. Oh well, I will see what X will do
