You got your link, but I'd add that the recent upgrade to the NCL site did make the FAQs much more difficult to find, for no apparent reason. Now to find them you have to click "site map" way at the bottom of the page in a mass of other links, and from there you get a page that has the link to the FAQs and a bunch of other stuff. Isn't the whole point of a FAQ page to make frequently-asked questions EASIER to find answers to, to save people time? :)

It is rather sad that NCL is not smart enough to make this more visible. It would cut down on the number of calls to Customer Service.
