which night for chops

We are going on the Jewel on Dec. 1 2007.I am celebrating a really big birthday on Wed. of that week.We want to make reservations for Chops for that evening. Does anybody know if the main dining room is serving lobster that night? thanks

You will not know until you are on board, since the cruise lines often switch events around from cruise-to-cruise. The daily Compass will be on your bed when you get to your cabin. On the back will be a listing of which nights are formal, which nights are themes, etc. Use that as your guide. When you go to the specialty restaurant to make your reservation, they should have copies of all of the regular menus. This will enable you to make an informed decision.
