Manchebo Resort without spa services?

We just got back from 10 days in aruba and several of them were spent staying at the manchebo resort. We saw no one there that were doing day passes, they were all guests of the hotel. That also goes for their next door neighbors--the Bucuti Hotel. We accidently saw of a couple of their beach loungers one day and were quickly advised to vacate the chairs. They made it very clear that they welcome only their hotel quests, and don't want any outsiders like cruise people using their cots. The beach is public just like all beaches in aruba, but they just don't allow non-guests to use the chairs or loungers. Hope that helps
