I have a tour booked with him in Jan. Just this week I emailed him to reconfirm and heard back the next day.

Make sure you go over your details with Cosol thoroughly. Although I had emailed him twice with our ship and arrival time. He wasn't there when we showed up. Another kind taxi driver came to our assistance and called him. He then sent a different driver to meet us. We booked almost a year in advance to tour with him, but only saw him for a few minutes out of our tour. He was with a different van full of passengers. Those who actually make it out with him seem to be thrilled. I don't appreciate someone telling me that they will personally take me on a tour, but then pass us off to another guide without prior notification. At that point it is too late to find someone else. Just my experience.

 

I hope you enjoy St. Lucia. Even though we didn't have the tour experience we expected, it is one of the most gorgeous islands I have ever been to. We would love to go back. Have a great cruise!
