hbeard Posted October 2, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2007 Wife and I are on a Feb 4 cruise that includes St Thomas USVI, Dominica, Grenada, and Bonaire Aruba. We plan to spend two days diving. We're not dive masters, but aren't beginners either (enjoy night dives in chilly Monterey!)...have enjoyed a number of nice swim-throughs, but have never really seen any wrecks. Any suggestions for which of these 4 are best, and possible dive operators to use (or maybe use Princess contracted outfits?) Thanks hbeard
cmdchiefthom Posted October 2, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 2, 2007 Hbeard The Hospital ship wreck Miss Opportunity in St. Thomas is a must do, and Admiralty Dive Center http://www.admiraltydive.com , does it best, IMHO. I absolutely love diving Dominica, through Dive Dominica located at the Comfort Castle Lodge.;)
tammymacb Posted October 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 2, 2007 I'd be hands down Dominica and Bonaire.

bruce-r Posted October 3, 2007 #5 Share Posted October 3, 2007 Bonaire would definitely be the top of my list and I'd get in at least 3 shore dives if not more.
w&k Posted October 3, 2007 #6 Share Posted October 3, 2007 I'd do Dominica with the folks at Nature Island Dive - we're heading back to see them in March, and I posted a review on this board. http://www.natureislanddive.com From folks I have talked to, Bonaire is awesome, so I'd do that as my second choice. Are you SURE you only want to dive twice??? St. Thomas is easy to get to, but Dominica, Grenada, and Bonaire are not. Have a great trip!
