Anyone stay in a Grand Suite in the Monarch before? Would love to here your reviews and see pics. Just got upgraded. YAY! Going on November 16th.

Pages 29 - 31 has pictures of the Royal Suite. (Yes I know you asked about the Grand Suite, but that booklet has great monarch information in it).

 

You'll find many Monarch Cheerleaders on this board :)

Thanks Lephysteria! Do the suites have the same amenities as the other ship? Like Concierge, Free internet, etc?

There is no consierge lounge on the Monarch. The ship makes up for this by having wonderful bartenders that pour strong drinks!

 

I'm not sure about the free internet, I'm sure one of my Monarch cohorts here can give more information about that, lets just give them a minute to come out of the woodwork.

Free internet was removed from the "new" suite amenities, except for possibly Freedom class ships, there is some confusion on this.

You got bit by the upgrade fairy!! Lucky you! Our Monarch "group" is sailing her 1/25. Can't wait. Our friends get a suite, but not the Grand Suite. Have a blast. I love the Mega ships to death, but there is something special about our Monarch, maybe because it's so close to home!! Like 40 minutes away close!

I wish I had some pic's for you, someone must! Maybe try the Monarch meet and mingle board?? We are posted on their.

What are the details of the cruise in FEb 2008?
