My boyfriend and I will be cruising on carnival liberty and will be in the bahamas for my 30th birthday....I would like to spend the day on a beach that has a bar or drinks and music, any ideas?

thanks

Nassau...spend your day at Breezes. All inclusive. Day pass $60pp...

food , drinks, pool, hottub, beach etc.etc.,etc.

You can go to Senor Frogs which is VERY close to the ship you just walk there. In close proximity is the British Colonial Hotel that has its on beach. You can buy a day pass for $15pp. Check out this link http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=642220&highlight=british+colonial+hotel

I will be in Nassau next Tuesday and plan to go to the Wyndham Resort on Pardise Island where they also offer a $15pp day pass. I believe this location has a larger pool and beach area and you also have access to Sheraton's beach and pool which is right next door.

A lot of people on this board do Day passes at Atlantis as well either through and exscursion booked through the cruiseline or by planning it on their own. Research this further on this board if this seems appealing to you.

Have fun and Happy 30th!! (Two more years and I'll be reaching that milestone myself)!
