Walking tour in Saint John

Recommended Posts

My husband and I just returned from a cruise to Saint John (RCCL Grandeur of the Seas). Prior to sailing, we booked a walking tour with Dave Goss.

Mr. Goss has 30 years experience as a columnist, author of 12 books of local history and has conducted hundreds of walks.

We were very impressed with Dave's knowledge of architecture, lore and background of the city and its citizens, notably the American Revolution and the subsequent flight of the Loyalists to Saint John.

The cost of the three hour tour was very reasonable and ample opportunity for rest and refreshment was provided.:)

Thank you for the info. I just started gathering info for a New England & Canada cruise early next summer and will add this to the collection. We have been to St. John but haven't done the walking tour. It sounds great.
