On board credit

Hello everyone,

When booking my cruise I was told that I would receive a credit to my ship account. How do you verify that you have a credit on your account?

You can go to guest services desk on board or call DCL with your reservation number,if you want to verify before you get on board.

 

On the last night, very late they will deliver an itemized list of all your spending while on board and it will show your total and then it will show a credit (room credit) to your account and then the actual amount you owe.

 

If you don't see it, just go to guest services and ask about it.

We have had room credits many, many times and never had them make a mistake with it.

On my September cruise, I received $25.00 on board credit. There was a small piece of paper left on the dresser.
