Fun Pass Question

When you fill out your funpass it asks (if you are using a passport) to fill in:

City of Issuance/Authority* Our old ones had, for example : New Orleans

But the new ones don't state a city of Issuance. I don't have them with me right now but I remember looking at them and not finding this. The envelope they came in said Charleston, S.C. should I put this there?

Charleston is fine. Mine says National Passport Center. I just put that.

Look at your return address on the envelope, it will tell you where it came from.

Mine states United States Dept. of State and I just used that.

Since I just received mine and there is no city of issuance ..I just put USA and I had no trouble with it.

I believe this is what ours states. I try that when I finish filling out our funpasses.

well now I feel guilty because I just made up a city (Chicago) not realizing it would accept USA:o OOPS

I put that down last time I cruised and no one ever said anything about it so I guess I don't have to worry about it:)

my renewal was done by mail, as opposed to my first pp which was done at one of the few official pp centers. i have put dept of state for the renewal on at least 2 cruises now (maybe more), and have never had a problem.
