DHL luggage service

Hello we are leaving on caribbean princess nov 25th and see this luggage service that they use door to door. has anyone used it and is it worth the money an MOST of all are they reliable? It would be great not to have to lug our luggage to the airport and overnight stay in hotel and then to the ship but we are a little weary. let me know if anyone has had any results, good or bad with this thanks:confused:
