Would anyone happen to have the current information - especially the Wines and Champagne available?

Not off hand, but wanted to mention that if you're particular about wines, just ask your wine steward in the dining room for a copy of the dining room wine list. I'm pretty sure you can get anything on that delivered to your room. The dining room wine list will have most of the wines available on the ship - other than a few others available at the Cova Cafe and the Olympic Specialty Restuarant. You can probably get any of those wines to your room, but might have to request there. It can't hurt to ask.
