Well, there are lots more than two beaches at cemeteries. In the olden days cemeteries were dug on the beaches for two reasons: no one wanted their home there because it would get washed away in a hurricane; and it was a lot easier digging through sand than the hard stone that makes up much of the island.

 

What everyone is referring to as Cemetery Beach is on the north end of Seven Mile Beach across from the West Bay fire station.
