Diamond Jim 2 Posted October 14, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 14, 2007 This is a great program. For $20 a person, they will print your boarding passes for your flight and your luggage tags for you. When you place your luggage outside your stateroom on the last night of the cruise, they will pick-up your luggage and the next morning it goes straight to the airport. We were off the ship by 7:15 and on the bus heading to the airport. Going through Customs was a breeze with only our passport and customs form. We did not have to deal with our luggage or stand in long lines at the airport ticket counter. We were able to go through the security check point and straight to our departure gate. It sure did save a lot of time at the Orlando airport. It was the best $40 dollars that we spent on the cruise. We will use this program next year on our next cruise. How do you take advantage of this, we were on Mariner in July and are going back again next July! It would have been so much easier with the kids if I could have done this! We have just came back today from a 7 night cruise from the Mariner, and they delivered the info on the luggage valet either tuesday or wed night. The program worked great and we were the first off of the ship.
Diamond Jim 2 Posted October 16, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted October 16, 2007 Make sure that your return flight is after 12:00 noon, as this is one of the requirements.

cruisinisforme Posted October 16, 2007 #6 Share Posted October 16, 2007 My concern about this program is the large possibility of them losing the luggage. I mean look how easy they lose luggage when its at the airport, imagine now it has to get from the ship to the airport to the plane, so it makes me nervous using this program. Diamond Jim 2 Posted October 17, 2007 Author #7 Share Posted October 17, 2007 On the paperwork, it lists the airlines that are participating in this program. We flew delta back and I don't think it makes a difference on the transportation and how it was booked. on the form, they asked 5 or 6 questions and you must be able to answer yes to all of them. They did not loose our luggage, matter of fact, our luggage was one of the first to come out on the belt at the airport.
