Good customer relations

I received an email yesterday from Princess. We had filled in our customer satisfaction survey in the cabin, and then when we got home I emailed Princess about some concerns, particularly the number of kids of the cruise. We found out on the last day that it was a "kids cruise free" cruise. This was not advertised when we booked.

Well, nice response, we have been given $100 credit each for our next cruise!

As for our TA, no response to our correspondence. We had so many hassles. We now book directly with the company and cut out the TA.
