POA in Honolulu? Tender or dock overnight?

An NCL rep advised me that while the POA is overnight in Honolulu, it is tendered, as opposed to docked. Can someone let me know if this is true?

We were just overnight in Honolulu on the POA on 9/29 and we were docked. The only time we were tendered Lahaina and Kona. I suppose it is possbile there could be a change but I highly doubt it. The only problem I have with NCL is their lack of communication and their mis-information.

Pardon the slightly strange way of saying that nobody tenders in Honolulu Harbor. For one thing, there's no room to anchor other than at a pier. For another, we ain't about to miss out on the big bucks of having you tied to the island.
