buddysmom Posted October 21, 2007 #1 Share Posted October 21, 2007 I was wondering if anyone has brought home(back to the US)cigars?Maybe in your checked bags?
crookedhalo Posted October 22, 2007 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2007 Actually we bring them back every time we go. I assume you are not speaking of Cubans - you're not allowed to bring them back at all (though you will hear tell of people removing the band and putting them in their luggage). DH and I have gone to Graycliffe and bought boxes of cigars and brought them home with us - just make sure to declare the value:p
bguppies Posted October 24, 2007 #3 Share Posted October 24, 2007 I go to the Graycliff every trip to Nassau and bring some cigars back from their cigar "factory". Cubans, I quit bothering with all the fakes in Nassau and just buy the wonderful Graycliff cigars. Bill
nickb Posted October 25, 2007 #4 Share Posted October 25, 2007 You can bring home cigars, just not Cuban cigars. I believe that you are allowed up to 200 cigars per person, but you better check to make sure. Nick
