Mariner Outside decks (Lido?)

Do they call it a Lido deck on RCI? Well, whatever they call it, the deck with the pools is the one that I'm referring to. Is this deck open, with rails, or is it enclosed with windows? I've been on Lido's that were entirely enclosed (ick), ones where the windows slid open to let air in but were otherwise enclosed, and then some that were completely open with rails. How was Mariner? Thanks!
