extra vaccines for travel to the Caribbean?

My kids are up to date on their standard vaccines. But do they need anything extra for a cruise to the Caribbean? They'll be 3.5 and 7.

What about my husband and I? The last vaccine I had was about 14 years ago before going to college. My husband has some before studying in Europe about 10 years ago.

This is a link to CDC where you can type in the country you are visiting, say St Kitts or St Maarten. It will then tell you if you need any additional vaccines or if any are just suggested for the area. Also, from that page you can click to destinations and find if any warnings are posted. Carry some good insect repellent with you as it is costly if even available in most ports.
