Does a baby need a passport?

For our wedding cruise our best man and his wife are bringing their baby. She will be 7 months old at the time. Do they need to get her a passport?

Are you referring to your cruise in April? If yes, then technically no one needs a passport. It was changed again to summer of 2008 (no specific date yet). But they will need the babies birth certificate, the one from the state, not the one from the hospital.

 

If the April cruise is not what you are referring to and it is later, past the new date then yes, everyone, no matter the age will require a passport.
