JmeAce Posted November 5, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 5, 2007 We will be getting married in April in Cozumel, MX. We are taking the Navigator of the Seas as our travel. I am wondering if my dress gets too wrinkled during our flights and travel if I would be able to have it pressed onboard? Thanks!
Sue L Posted November 5, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 5, 2007 Yes pressing only is 1/2 the cost of dry cleaning. Here is the full price list, and they do a beautiful job. If you put it in one day it is back the next day by 4, or there is a 50% charge for same day service. : Are laundry services provided? A: Self-service laundry facilities are not provided onboard our ships, but we do offer full laundry and dry cleaning services. We do not provide irons in the staterooms as they constitute a fire hazard. SHIPBOARD LAUNDRY SERVICE * All prices are in US. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. CLQ Posted November 6, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 6, 2007 Thanks for the fast response! That is going to take a lot of stress off during travel! This is the way we use the 1/2 price pressing. Since our first cruise, we've just packed clean clothes and sent them out for ironing as soon as we board. Makes getting ready a lot easier. Pumbaamd Posted November 6, 2007 #5 Share Posted November 6, 2007 We have used the service several times and can vouch for it. Fine, prompt service at an OK price. Rick and Deirdra
