Oooooh ..........just found a lovely cake topper for my beach wedding (the sand castle/starfish one !) :)

You could do that yourself with some glue, some sand and some shells - at a FRACTION of the cost....

I agree they're not cheap :( .......but I don't think my craft skills are up to the task, unfortunately. :D

It's also easier to just spend the money and get it shipped. I am sure that you have a zillion things on your mind!

 

But, if you have a few spare minutes, the people at Michaels are always really helpful.....!

Also check out eBay if the seller of the one you want won't ship overseas. eBay has a ton of really nice beach themed toppers. I got mine there at a fraction of what the same one would have cost retail.
