canada4 Posted November 10, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2007 Not sure if time wise this is practical. We are on the Emerald Princess and in Antigua from 8 AM to 6PM. We have the Princess tour already booked for the canopy tour from 1:30 to 5PM, so it offers us the morning to go and explore. Just how far away is Dickenson's Beach and is the best way to just take a cab there? Open to suggestions of this or any other close by beach area. Thanks in advance. It will take about 10/15 minutes to get to Dickenson Bay. You can get a taxi at the pier to take you there and arrange pickup to get back on time to meet your tour. The nearest beach is Fort James which has a restaurant, Millers by the Sea.
