Andalucia Guest house?

Have any of you ever stayed at the Andalucia Guest house?

I'm considering this affordable place for a precruise stay, and wanted some comments. I've read a few reviews and haven't come across any negative ones. The place looks really nice in pictures, but I know how those can sometimes not really represent the place.

I know the rooms are small. But the area the hotel is located in is good, the hotel offers a lot of the same services as other more expensive hotels.

I know they say that you get what you pay for, but I want opinions from people who've stayed there, too. I'm planning to stay (whichever hotel I choose) in San Juan for 2 nights prior to my cruise on the Empress Of The Seas in 3 weeks.

Thanx a ton!
