cabins porthole v no porthole

Recommended Posts

both times we have booked for a P&O pacific cruise there has been the free upgrade to outside cabin deal. I must say I enjoyed looking out the window late at night and seeing the lights as we sailed up the coast of Australia before heading for Neumea. was nice to wake in the morning and see what type of day we could expect or open the windows to see the port below. these are the things I like about a window. this time for our cruise on the Pacific Dawn that departs in Feb, we not only got the free upgade to outside cabin but they said that kids also go free, even though it was not advertised for our cruise. we paid the same for four of us as as the inlaw paid for 2 of them. dont know why, although we did inform them that we were past passengers.
