Helicopter Tours NCL

I am having the hardest time deciding which helicopter tour to take while were in Juneau ( June 08). For the prices of the tours I want my family (husband, 11 yr old son and myself) to have a once in a life time experience. It's either the dogsledding on Mendellhall Glacier, the Pilot's choice excursion which you land twice on different Glaciers or the Four Glacier excursion.

 

Dogsledding seems like it would be fun but $500.00/person and your only going to one Glacier? Pilots choice seems you get more for your money?

 

Please help me decided before I go crazy!!:-)

My husband and I are also going in June 2008 and we are debating on the same excursions. We want to dog sled and also a helicopter or floatplane. Don't know if we should do one tour that does both or 2 separate tours. We are going on RCCL and I think Juneau and Skagway both have dog sled and heli/air excursions. We also will be visiting Icy Strait. This is so confusing and would appreciate any suggestions/comments...thanks

I finally made a decision: Pilots Choice. I called Temsco and this tour seems alot more exciting then the Dogsledding because:

 

1. more time flying in the helicopter which I think my son would love.

2. two landings

3. more site seeing

4. cost less and

5. I found a similar question on the boards which had pictures and it looked great. I don't know how to bring that question up and paste it on this reply. It's dated June 22, 07 it is now on page 53, titled, Helicopter Ride selection in Juneau by cheneo.
