Cruise Personalizer

It is 5 days until our cruise. I went in to my cruise personalizer and nothing is there anymore. I wanted to make a change to our shore excursions. Is this not possible now? Can I make changes once on board or am I now stuck with the ones I pre-reserved?

They cut them off 5 days before so that they can clean up the paperwork. Your tickets for the ones you had should be in your cabin. Take them down to the Shore Excursion desk right away and change the ones you want to. The is normally a cut off 24 to 36 hours in advance of port time.

I will. We are very excited. This is my husbands dream trip, not really mine. But as it gets closer I have to admit I too, am looking forward to it just as much.
