momofteens Posted November 24, 2007 #1 Share Posted November 24, 2007 Never been to the Bahamas and I'm wondering how I can visit the Atlantis resort without resorting to sneaking in at night and dodging guards. Is their a fee I can pay to use the beach? Is the aquarium, restaurants a seperate admission? Is it off limits completely to cruise passengers? Do I have to book a room at the Comfort Suites to have a drink at Atlantis? Should I go to Cable beach instead? Can't wait to get the scoop you guys. MartyinGA Posted November 26, 2007 #2 Share Posted November 26, 2007 YOu only need to pay to use Atlantis (either Atlantis, an excursion or Comfort Suites) if you want access to the beach and slides. The shops, Casino, Restaurants, Lobby, Marina shops are all open to the public at no charge. The aquarium becomes free after 6, I think, and there is no need to sneak on the beach at night, security is not there. But also, all beach services and slides are closed. But a afternooon stroll is free, or at least it was when I went.

cruiseapril Posted December 4, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 4, 2007 We were at the Atlantis beach last year- it is a beautiful beach, but it was fairly rough, so we could not swim that day. Not sure how often this occurs.
