I'm a non-smoker but I remember being told that cigs sold on the ship are tax-exempt and non allowed to be brought back into the USA,but the site on the post 3

saids different.Check with the ships store for info

Up until 6 weeks ago I smoked and brought back cigs from EVERY cruise So they are definitely allowed back in just limited quantities depending on where you go.

Check our laws on how many you may bring back here before you buy. ;) It was 200 cigarettes a person. Then the rest would be hit with a duty and tax. ?

 

That was the limit on the Monarch also - 200 per person. They do sell packs as well as cartons. Some bars even have packs for sale.
