InterHabit Tours instead of Shore Excursions -- Ushuaia, Montevideo, Puerto Madryn ?

Does anyone have experience booking tours through InterHabit? http://www.interhabit.com Their prices are significantly lower for what appear to be the same tours offered as shore excursions through some cruise lines (specifically, Orient Lines in my case). In particular, in Ushuaia they offer Estsancia Haberton and the Penguin Colony for US$69, compared to $165 for the similar shore excursion from Orient. (their other Ushuaia tours are listed at http://www.interhabit.com/ushuaia/tours_411.htm) In Montevideo they offer a 3 hour city tour for US$15 (compared to $49 from Orient Lines) and in Puerto Madryn they offer Peninsula Valdes for US$39 ($159 from Orient) and Punta Tombo Penguin Colony for US$39 ($119 from Orient).

I have spent some time navigating the website, although I was looking for day tours in B.A. and Igauzu Falls. They have an office in Bradenton, Florida and an 800 toll-free number. Some of the useful information I found, for instance, are these lists for each city:
