open seating question

We are on the March 29th sailing of the Quest. Can anyone tell me if you can get a table for 2 easily enough at dinner?

When we were on the Journey in Sept. We found that if we went at peak times to the dining room, 7-8 PM, there was a wait. Sometimes just a few minutes and sometimes as long as 1/2 hour. I guess if you are willing to join another larger table it would be faster. We actually were willing but they never asked us if we would consider it.

table for 2 = delay of appx 25 minutes recently on Quest

 

table sharing for 8 or 6 = immediate seating

 

however, we found service quicker on the 2's a lot quicker than the larger tables

 

swings and roundabouts
