JRarey Posted December 4, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 4, 2007 Hello ladies I recently lost 75 pounds, well actually over the last 1 1/2 years. Problem now are thighs look very sluggish, inner thighs skin is hanging almost. Anyone have some thigh exercises to tone them up? I leave in 25 days for cruise. Thanks in advance. cruisevacationsrock Posted December 6, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 6, 2007 try this - stand with feet hip distance apart, toes pointing out, like a ballerina plie. Then squat down, keeping back straight. To add difficulty to it, try adding some free weights. Congrats to you to your weight loss that is great!!!:D C
HeatherDMG Posted December 31, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 31, 2007 Walking lunges, squats, and running! Also, if you have an exercise ball, put it between your knees, squeeze and keep your legs up while you do abs, two exercises in one!

Woobie Posted January 6, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 6, 2008 First, Congrats on the weight loss. I know it feels great because I lost 65 lbs over the past year. But left things a bit more gravity prone in the thigh area for me as well. Being 40ish I needed a bit of help in the tightening department so I gave myself a gift and did a body firming treatment at a local spa. Give it a try if you can. It was very relaxing and the results were great and it really seemed to supplement the work outs and creating the muscle that will hold and pull the skin back into a reasonable place. I also use neutrogena firming body cream after my showers.
