Shopping?

We are in Grand Turks at the end of Jan. We only port 7-2 pm not a long day so we thing we are going to take it easy and sight see. Maybe use the Hop on Hop off bus. Maybe sit at the beach I don't know. I would like to do some shopping if GT has any place to do that. The guys really want to do some fishing so looking into that for them. Any one with any advice?

Other than the stores at the cruise dock, Grand Turk really isn't a shopping port of call.

Pretty much the same stores you'd find at any other cruise line built port facility.

 

Before Carnival build the cruise dock on Grand Turk, pretty much the only reason travelers visited the island was to scuba dive. IMO, that is still pretty much true today. I think most people just hang out at the beach or at the high priced Margaritaville.
