Help needed re prepaid phone cards

I am bringing my mobile phone to Vancouver and Alaska. Can anyone advise me where I can buy prepaid mobile phone sim cards in Vancouver??? Thanks for any help. Colleen

I would buy them before you leave. I have a girlfreind who is going on the cruise with us Sept 11 and is in Vancouver already. She called me in a panic last night to go to Costco and but her another phone card (for regular long distant calls) before we leave. Her cell works just fine - but the roming charges are a killer.
