Hilton Airport to Port of Miami?

Does anyone have a suggestion on the best/cheapest way to get 12 people from the Hilton Airport Hotel to the PofM? Managed to get a great deal on Priceline. They do have a shuttle service but it is $11 per person - think I could get a cheaper way to go.

 

Any ideas? Thanks

 

I'm sooo glad to be out of the Days Inn Airport North after all the negative reviews! And for less money (except for the port shuttle).:)
