We have cruised twice with RCI & have been given C & A Membership numbers by telephone, but have had no written confirmation.:( I have read somewhere that a C&A member's magazine is sent out. Does any one know whether this is correct & if so, what is the best way of contacting RCL from the UK regarding these issues please.

Hopefully someone with UK experience will help you. In the meantime, can you access your account online? Go to the C&A section of the RCI website and see if you can enroll there and add your email address to receive updates.

We have not rec'd the C&A Magazine in about a year; we have our mail rerouted from Canada and all other subscriptions get here to Florida but not C&A. We depend on the emails.

Yes the mag is sent only 2 or 3 times a year (can't remember exact) but do keep the vouchers in the back for future cruises

We have been in the C&A for almost two years now and I don't remember ever getting a magazine. It's not like they overlook us because we usually get mail offers for different cruises with our membership numbers and address correct.:confused:
