Caribbean Princess 9/11 itinerary change!

It looks like we are taking an Eastern Caribbean cruise instead!

 

Here is the latest update from Princess....

 

Voyage B438

In order to stay clear of Hurricane Ivan, Caribbean Princess next sailing, departing September 11, has been changed to a Eastern Caribbean itinerary from the original Western Caribbean route. The new Itinerary is:

 

Port Everglades Sat 11 Sep

At sea

At sea

St. Thomas

St. Maarten

At Sea

Nassau

Port Everglades

 

I don't care as long as I'm on that ship! Just thought those of you that are going on this ship might want to know!

NASSAU!!! Ah HA!!! No Princess Cays... looks like we Easterners will be going to Nassau for a little bit anyway.

 

Sorry for your itinerary change (if you don't care for it), but get on that ship and SAIL woman SAIL!!

We did that classic itinerary on the Caribbean Princess in June (-Nassau) and had a great time.

I hate to say it but I'm kind of happy there's a possibility that we will be going to to Nassau 9/25 sailing. I really wanted to see the Atlantis.

It's probably a safe guess given that Princess Cays is out of commission for a number of weeks.

Westcoast....Thanks for the info...I assumed that without Princess Cays being a stop they would just add another sea day..

I have sailed this itinerary and I can assure you that it is terrific. I really enjoyed the extra sea days and the islands were very nice. We are doing the Southern Classic and stop in St. Maarten and St. Thomas again because we enjoyed them so much.
