ATV excursion help

My family (9 of us) have been trying to book an ATV Excursion over the web, we tried Watapana tours first, all of us booked and never recieved confirmation back even though the site said they would within 24 hrs...after that I read reviews that were not favorable, so then we booked through Kinikini tours, read lots of good review about them but they got back to me and said that all of their ATV's were under repair so they couldnt reserve for us...We arrive Feb 1/08! We heard De Palm was good to book through but I also read that they contract their ATV"S out to Watapany ...So...My question is.......Can someone suggest a good solid ATV tour company for us?????

True De Palm uses Watapana, to be avoided at all costs.

I tried to find a good ATV tour choice also and finally decided to give it up since the only ones I found would charge us regardless of rather or not the ship made it into the port that day. (And there were problems with each tour that I didn't like). Also it was just too much money to risk loosing. We ended up booking a jeep safari with Princess instead.
