Ship time or Local time?

it's a tender port, so factor in the time to wait for a tender and the time it takes to get to port. on the NCL spirit, earlier this month, we were in port by 8:30, 1st tender off the ship..but we were on a ship excursion, they go first.

for us it was ship time. but i think this time of year belize is on the same time zone as new orleans (where we left from)
