Cruisechic470 Posted December 27, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 27, 2007 We have been on the Adventure of the seas and the Enchantment of the seas. We loved the Adventure and were considering doing the other itinerary. But, it's so expensive to fly to PR, when we have 2 ports right here in south Florida. What do you think? Any other suggestions? We've been to Alaska and want to go south! We enjoy voyager class or above with our teens. Thanks in advance!:p
vmom Posted December 27, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 27, 2007 Now that you've done the southern route, why not give either the western or eastern route. You can pick up a ship at one of the Florida ports that will take you either way.
negc Posted December 27, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 27, 2007 You have a large number of ships and options to choose from. Since you have been on a Voyager class ship and the Enchantment of the Seas, you could sail on Freedom or Liberty (even bigger than Voyager) to Eastern or Western Caribbean ports, or you might want to try a Radiance class ship (larger than Enchantment but not as massive as Voyager or Freedom). Check out the RCI website or talk to your travel agent.:)
cot427 Posted December 27, 2007 #4 Share Posted December 27, 2007 Try the Liberty or Freedom going to the Western or Eastern Itinerary. I went on the Eastern route on the Freedom in October, and it was awesome. So onboard, we booked the Liberty for next October going to the Western route. The Freedom was awesome, so much to do, so little time.
Cruising Greek Posted December 27, 2007 #5 Share Posted December 27, 2007 I would highly recommend the Navigator OTS. The crew were great and very friendly, and the ship was excellent. It does both Eastern and Western itineraries. How about a Back-to-Back East/West cruise? 14 days on the Navigator would be great!
