Be careful, though. These guys are a little territorial about the BVI and there are some who have an attitude about cruise ships invading their little slice of paradise. :D If they know you are looking for a cruise excursion, you will get some light hearted flaming (some serious too, but they aren't too bad).

 

Ask a generic question and you will get a lot of responses as to dive companies. Then you can contact each company and see what fits with your schedule.

A couple of years ago I went diving from tortola and we dove the Rhone shipwreck. It's a great dive. Dive Magazine calls it the best wreck dive in the Caribbean and it was excellent. The Rhone sank in a hurricane in 1867.
