The Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park is located on 65 acres in the center of the eastern end of the island. It would be a long and expensive cab ride. As with most attractions in the eastern districts, it is much more affordable to rent a car and drive yourself.

It is the best place on the island to see the highly endangered blue iguana. There are some in enclosures, but you will likely see more of them walking freely along the woodland trail. They may be seen sunning themselves on benches, or scouting about for a tasty leaf to eat.

Admission is an affordable US$10 per person.
