What will the weather be at the end of February?

Warm with very little humidity. Maybe an afternoon sprinkle, but they go away quickly. At least this is our experiences. :)

Thanks for the weather answer. Have another question. Who would be the best to do parasailing with on 7 mile beach?

We've not parasailed, but we do rent waverunners through Red Sail (at the Marriott Beach Resort) and they offer parasailing. Here's their website with the information. They are located at several different locations along the 7MB area. I'm not sure if you can book this in advance, but I'd probably see if that's possible. The place really gets busy when the ships are in port.
