vplsh Posted January 7, 2008 #3 Share Posted January 7, 2008 Yes, that's your itinerary. We took this cruise 12/27. I would recommend going to the beach in cozumel- somewhere that includes food and drink, like Playa Uvas. Take a look at the Cozumel board. You will have 2 terrific sea days as well. vplsh Posted January 8, 2008 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2008 There are 2 parades in the promenade- one the first night out and one the last. They are very similar to one another, but it's exciting to watch. There is no midnight buffet, although there was a bbq by the pool deck one night. There is no lobster, although one night there was lobster bisque! The food was delicious- the best part of the cruise! We thought there weren't enough on-board activities for the 2 sea days, to be honest. Whatever you went to was very crowded- we left the towel-folding seminar before it started because it was so crowded you couldn't see! Our daughters were in a promenade cabin on deck 7 and enjoyed it. They were too far down to see the parades, however. Have a great time!
MNBanker Posted January 8, 2008 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2008 The Passion Island excursion is good and you have time afterwards to do some shopping etc...:)

Conanc Posted January 8, 2008 #9 Share Posted January 8, 2008 We were on the November 29th sailing. In Cozumel we went snorkeling at Chankanaab and then hit Mr. Sancho's Beach for some food and a massage! Had a great time. Don't miss the ice show. We enjoyed wine tasting at Vintages wine bar and of course (as always) people-watching from the Cafe Promenade! You will love the ship! Enjoy! Inshape Posted January 9, 2008 #10 Share Posted January 9, 2008 We are doing that ship on Jan 24 along with the cruise before it on the 19th. Which will make it a 9 nighter.... We are doing TUCAN excursion which was highly rated on trip advisor. It is rare to have so many hours in a port like we will have. Just remember there is a time difference, and the ship stays on the same time as when we leave FLL. Cozumel is not on the same time this time of year. We are doing this excursion since it is a 6-7 hour long one. SOunds great. Trimaran sail with all the drinks you want, lunch is included and fishing and snorkeling. They also do spinaker rides which looks like loads of fun. This is for 80$ pp but you need to taxi over to the marina which will cost 7$ each way for the cab. They even have a dingy to get us to a beach area, with a cooler for a time on the beach. It sounds very different from the other excursions. We found them at cozumelsailing.com They answered our emails fast and always very friendly.
vplsh Posted January 9, 2008 #11 Share Posted January 9, 2008 All of them. The girls were in 7609 and they were over the steps that lead to the centrum area. Couldn't really see much of the parade as they stopped before they reached that area.
