Three cheers for Debbie at Costa...

We booked through a travel agent and she didn't get on the ball and book our X-1 package. I just called Costa and my first statement was "I'm calling to beg and grovel". Debbie there was so nice and allowed me to book it even though we leave on the 19th.

 

So, the moral of the story is, it doesn't hurt to ask and it helps if you're really nice to the customer service agent!

Wow - you were lucky to get her - I tried to book thru Costa because our on line agent wanted a $35 "change" fee to add to our reservation and Costa said we had to go through our agent. Wish I had talked to Debbie!!! Good for you! I hope it's all it's cracked up to be.
