Eurodam Suite choices

Sorry that this may be a repeat but I can not find the original thread. I believe I saw a thread that suggest one deck over another for some reason.

I am not able to get an SC aft for next year for a 7 day Caribbean cruise but not sure of which to choose. I am going for an SA or SB. I would like a large balcony but they all look the same to me. And as far as front, back or middle staterooms is there any difference besides the distance that you have to walk to get to activities. Also is there a difference in what level?

There is a SC aft on the lowest deck is there a disadvantage?

Thanks to all. Meidda

Hi Meidda,

If by the lowest deck you mean lowest deck with balconies there is no problem that I can forsee. Many people like the aft cabins on deck 4 of the Vistas.

There is no difference in the SA and SB cabins that are port and starboard except location. Some like to be closer to the Neptune loungeThere are some aft corner SB cabins on the upper decks and some that are close to the midship elevators, and some handicap cabins too but these may only be in the SC category. If there are any "real" suites that are at the bump out on both sides of the ship the balcony configurations are slightly different. As no one has been on Eurodam we can't depend on pax info so we have to go with the deck plans. Remember this is a new class on ship for all of us.

Has anyone been on the lowest deck on HAL ships just above a public deck in the aft. Do you think it would be very noisy in the early morning or at night. On the eurodam it looks like it may be a dining room. What is your opinion?
