Mattresses

When we were on the Coral Princess, we found the mattresses to be very firm, which was good for our bad backs.

You can request an "eggcrate" on the Cruise Personalizer, or ask your room steward after boarding.

Just a little FYI-We have always requested an egg crate mattress pad through Princess BEFORE we left on our cruise, usually about 30 days prior. Sometimes it's there when we arrive in our stateroom, other times, the room steward had no idea we had requested it.

So, keep in mind, when you board, if it is not already on your bed, request it from the room stewards ASAP to make sure you get one.

You are correct, there is no where on the Princess Personalizer to request this on your booking.
